Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 48–hours of an item being returned to us. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24–hours, please get in touch at care@thefocully-brand.com.

I forgot to active my discount code, can you help me?

Sure! Please contact our customer support team via Contact Us page and let us know you forgot your discount code. We will help you.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only 12–hours of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via care@thefocully-brand.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email us at care@thefocully-brand.com as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect shipping address, and please provide us the correct details. We will try our best to get these changes in before it's too late. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the US. Will be delivered within 5–14 days. Shipping to countries outside the visit our Shipping & Returns page.
